I don't often write reviews, however; I have to say the customer service that these guys offer is up there with the best. Jimmy worked with me to rectify some issues I had with incorrectly weighted springs in my Ranger and went above and beyond to ensure it was fixed. They also worked with me to find the best possible price to have a full install of other items in my build and I was highly impressed with how quickly they managed to get it all done. I would definitely use these guys again!

Absolute legends and professionals who explained as they went through the testing and best way forward given our time constraints. Can’t thank them en... read more
ARB Thornleigh is an outstanding business. They were able to source my required Recaro seats quickly and easily. In particular, I would like to thank Lance and Jimmy for going above and beyond with their efforts in helping me. I really appreciate it, guys! Michael

ARB Thornleigh took ownership of the mistake, were transparent and kept me informed during the troubleshooting and resolution. It ... read more
