In July 2024 i had a Smart Bar fitted to my Mercedes Sprinter Jayco All Terrain campervan. At the time, for some reason the fog lights were not installed. Had a random request come up before work this morning, so I thought I’d try my luck and walk into ARB Newcastle for assistance. It definitely wasn’t the kind of job they normally deal with, but I was lucky enough to be greeted by Darren at the front counter, who went above and beyond to help me get it sorted so I could get to work and have a productive day. Recently I experienced an issue with my my OME suspension which was fit by ARB in 2021 I called into the new ARB store at Tighes Hill. I spoke with Ryan, Joel & Adam Who were extremely accommodating and helped to resolve the issue very quickly. I spoke at length guys and found them to be knowledgeable, passionate and genuinely dedicated to see that my needs were met. Michael was fantastic to deal with—polite, patient, and genuinely engaged throughout our conversation. As someone new to the 4WD scene, I had plenty of basic questions, and he took the time to answer each one clearly and thoroughly without making me feel rushed or inexperienced. My Slide out Kitchen and drawers are amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They kept me up to date with what was going on with the build and asked me how I wanted it configured. I brought the 80 series in on Friday and the workshop weren’t able to complete the build within the day and as they don’t work weekends the car had to stay with them over the weekend which fortunately was fine for me.
