First time I went I had a wonderful lady with a handcrafted necklace that did my hair so good! Second time (yesterday) there was a different lady completely butchered me. Didn’t do what I asked for and did everything I told her not to do. My hair is uneven and honestly I feel too embarrassed to even leave the house. I told her I didn’t like it and her response was “oh well! It’ll grow back”
To be honest, this place was once quite good, but I recently got a haircut here and I was butchered, please if you have a teen boy, do not come here for them.

I have never walked away from somewhere feeling so disappointed in someone’s behaviour. I took my disabled client, who is in a wheelchair, to enquire on a price for highlights for her hair. Straight away her response was “We can’t fit her in today” so I explained I wasn’t expecting for it to happen today and that I just wanted a price.
