The “live” tracking was behind by at least 90 minutes the entire race. Contacted customer service about it and it took four days to receive even an acknowledgment of the email and even though the question was very direct, I was then asked what the issue was. I replied and sent the issue again and have still not received a response in ten days. Emailed again today but not expecting much. I would think a company that states their live tracking is one of their biggest advantages would work to clean that up.
