He saved my wife's life. When he examined her he wrote a note on a prescription pad and told me to take her to the hospital where she was immediately admitted when they read it. He has been treated me and my family for decades.
Wait time is ridiculous.
I am not a patient but parent is, waiting time is ridiculous, these people have never tried an appointment system. Plan to be there waiting a minimum of 4 hours. You might die before you get seen.
