Very kind and considerate office staff, and Drs assistant is very helpful. With respiratory issues, my only complaint is the air fresheners.
If I could give 0 rating I would . The receptionist or and the lady who answered needs to find a better job , very unprofessional how she speaks to people. If a patient is calling and asking to be seeing just to get a run around to get an appointment. Changed pcp nobody has time to waste on them just to help you get help . Find another job lady .
Nurse Practitioner Marisol was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. She was extremely informative, answered all of my questions, and also gave me a much-needed reality check. I’m honestly not someone who keeps up with doctor visits, but this experience made me want to stay on top of my health. Great office and great staff all around.
They need to change the receptionist for someone that actually wants to work, also waited 4 days for my medication because my pharmacy couldn't get hold of the nurse, for the Dr to approve my medicine. Think her name was Katya
