Very upset with the staff here not the doctor. I called for a telehealth visit because I ran out of my medication and needed to a refill, so I scheduled a visit with Dr.Reddy. However I was told I could not see her because I had not seen her in over a year. I wish someone would have reached out to me to let me know to come and follow up to see her or disclosed that requirement when I started seeing her. I have found over a few years that Dr Reddys staff has always been polite, listened to me and were on the ball when it came to making sure I had the right referrals in place for my visits. I see Dr Reddy once a year and we discuss my condition to my satisfaction. At that visit I receive an injection and again 6 months later I see just the nurse for my shot. I would recommend Dr Reddy and her staff for your endocrinology needs.
I could not have asked for a better experience with Dr. Reddy and her staff today. She and her assistant Raya were very comforting and informative, put all my worries at ease. Very gentle and precise. Thank you guys soo much!
I had such a positive experience with Dr. Reddy that I wanted to leave a review. She is not my regular endocrinologist but I had to get a biopsy done & she performed it. She was very welcoming and had such a caring tone the entire time. I was really nervous & she really put me at ease as well as the nurse who helped her & the nurse who initially had me in the first room I was in. 10/10 definitely recommend.
