I don't want to bring his ratings down because he is a good doctor, but getting ahold of ANYONE in that office is a waste of time. You basically have to go up there to speak with them. They need a major overhaul of how they do business in the office. Once you're in the room, the staff and doctor are great!
I only had Medicaid at the time and he was my only choice of surgeon. He attempted my dialysis port surgery three times and each time failed! Had I known I could wait, I would have. Nice man! Nice office staff but so much pain for nothing. Now I have Medicare and my surgery was completed by another surgeon at Methodist! It was a success. Please read reviews before undergoing surgery. It will save you time and pain.
