A kind, professional, and welcoming business, I have been seen by several of the therapists and counsellors from Ararat Wellness and highly recommend the business as a whole. Right from reception through to the counsellors themselves, I was made feel comfortable and seen at all times. They go above and beyond to be helpful and insightful. Therapists save lives.
I have consulted Ararat wellness on a few occasions and I have had a seamless experience through and through. Robin attended to my queries and connected me with the therapist I needed. Pleased with their service!
I have had the pleasure of dealing with them and I highly recommend their services given the experience I had.
Don't ask for the Director to be your BSP - she doesn't like to communicate with families - 4 emails over 6 weeks - no replies! Doesn't listen to family requests and makes decisions herself, ignoring family choices. Also doesn't like being advised that she is incorrect at times, just ignores you and does what she wants anyway! Not professional at all. Avoid at all costs!
