DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. First of all the company has no transparency or lack of communication. I was told by the Behavior Therapist for my daughter to contact her anytime. When I did, she didn't reply, she failed to turn up twice with no communication as to why, and promised to call me the next day, twice and never did, changing her story to I was supposed to contact her. I do not recommend this company they are not proper Behaviour Support practitioners a BSP are meant to work in home not take kids to bowling, Movies, time zone and Melbourne zoo and shopping and buy kids things they are meant to help try and prevent Behaviours not let them swear in public and encourage this behaviours they try and say kids parents have disabilities when not diagnosed they also are rude to the children when u are not around highly do not recommend this company if u are trying to prevent extra behaviours
