Such capable, caring staff. From the receptionist to the doctors and nurses. Very impressed.
Rang the clinic in an emergency situation for my poor dog that stood on a nail. The kind receptionist Abby was so empathetic and helpful and squeezed us in. Thankful for Dr Ali for her amazing expertise and compassion with Roy.
Rang ahead to let them know my dog had been bitten by a tiger snake ( foxie ) she was there in half an hour, seemed more interested in money..sadly my dog passed. Went and got a detailed account having already paid the bill when we picked our little girl of 12 years up. To my discust NO ANTIVENOM was given....the bill states Dexadreson which is a anti-inflamontry and Histamil which is a antihistamine ..... my advice is to stay away from them....they never gave our furbaby a chance, they seemed more concerned about the money.... read more
Had a hard to do trip to the vet but they were great, kind, loving and understanding.
