Last night I rang the vet 3 times I pressed 1 for emergency each time how it said no one answered the phone rang out 3 times. In the end I had to ring stawell but unfortunately they weren’t going to be quick enough for this situation. The golden retriever pup abt 7 months old had been hit by a car rolled under a tire. I assumed it was internal bleeding. Bled from mouth. Nose, lost control of bladder & had white gums. Hmm. Very small, but the staff are present. We have had a few instances of late and not exactly a glowing report. But the staff were readily available and I am sure if they were in the *customers* situation, they would feel the uncertainty and difficulty trusting others with their prized loved ones. I respectfully am thankful there is these services in the area. But I can't speak for others about *their* experiences or value.
