Pulled in at 11:40 today with front tyre going down but as they closed at 12:00 they sent me away. 👎
I can't believe the service, Mark was a legend and got us out of trouble and got us home safe with a new tyre on the car on Saturday over the Xmas holidays no one else was open. But being close to closing time wasn't shitty just nothing but friendly and got us home can't thank him enough. Highly Recommend
Performed dodgy car roadworthy!
I broke down in Ararat. I was 300km from home and 300 km from my destination. Ararat Tyre and Auto were excellent. They looked at my car as soon as possible and identifyed the problem and gave me a time frame of when the replacement parts will come. They let me stay on the couch for as long as I needed to organise accommodation. They fixed my car the very next day. I am very happy with the repairs and cost of the repairs.
