We first went in the Ararat because we had a foood in our home and had three of our expensive rugs damaged and deemed irreplaceable. At first Jay the owner was helpful and he showed us some possible replacements. We also managed to save our favourite rug but there was some damage to it. Jay said to bring it in and he will get it cleaned up at no cost if we bought replacements from him. That was kind of him. We brought the rug in and he said that it would be 90-95% good as new.
