I do not recommend. Lasted not even 24 hrs before a nail popped off. 3 is pretty generous for this business. I called to make an appointment a day in advance, and still waited 40 minutes as the only employee was accepting walk ins right on my appointment time. No point of booking an appointment. Absolutely no nail prep during the process. No cuticles cut. No nail beds pushed back. No primer. No nail dehydrator. No oil or finger soaks. No cleaning. Nothing. I simply went to Ararat Nails and Spa to have existing gel polish removed from my fingernails . I’m not sure how much training these girls have had but they have totally ruined my nails. The removal was very rushed and they used a dremel file so roughly that you can see the defined ridges left on the nail. The nails growing out are so thin they are actually quite painful as they grow out. Now I think back to my overall experience I was very disappointed. Had a pedicure and a hair spa. Pedi was great as usual. (They last me up to 6 weeks) and hair spa was just so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Great service. They only downside is that the owners don't speak a lot of English.
