We arrived to find a fridge with black mould in several areas. Also mould in bathroom. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling, around windows and air conditioner. “ coffee or something slashed on wall near fridge. Shelves in room really dusty. The toilet had a cleaned and sanitised “wrap” around it but under the toilet seat but definitely hadn’t been cleaned. Very dissatisfied.
