I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. My aunt bought a box of Black Box Cabernet, which turned out to be bad. We went back to exchange it for a different brand and the girl behind the counter told us that she wouldn't exchange it since it had been opened. How would we know it was bad if we didn't open it?
