A must go to when needing that extra space. Great to work with.
Having just moved from New Bern to Pamlico County, it would have been nice to have a local "TEMPERTURE CONTROLLED, storage place for our household goods until our home was built off 306. News Flash, 306 down by the ferry is building hundreds of homes and Pamlico County is GROWING in that area. How about "expanding" your business to include TEMPERTURE CONTROLLED units.....Williams on 55 is doing that and will be taking much of your business. Just a thought.
Been with the storage unit for 4 years and I have five units. You will have insect issues especially ants and spiders. Spiders not such a big deal to me but when I have to bring my own ant killer because there is a huge amount in front of one of my units going inside my unit, that's an issue. When it rains access to the storage unitsf ills up with water but not inside the units thankfully so you will get your shoes a little wet.
