My experience was amazing and quick at this dealership. I was advised by an agent at a different Kia that they couldn’t get approval from my bank even though my bank had already approved me. I came here and Anthony did a lot of the ground work before I even arrived because I lived about 45 min away. Telling the world that the Kia Niro EV has a product defect, and will produce a lemon if driven over a mountain range 1.5 times and public chargers are used. The battery will never fully charge to capacity; no fix is available. FREE CAR!
Horrible. Claimed they’d buy my car for XX, showed up and they priced it $4k less. Manager seemed like a nice guy but don’t trade in or sell here.
Worked with Joey to get a trade-in and buy a used 4runner. Everything with the sale went pretty well, the manager Ted wasn’t particularly on my good side but we were able to make a deal. My fiancée and I were then told that our trade in needs signature from her mother since she is on the registration. Since she lives in Missouri they said that finance would send over paperwork in an email by the next morning to sign the papers and send it back and we could finalize everything after that.
