Before I opted out of the detox I wrote a pretty lame review on their performance sheet. I was in a hurry. They're tactics were pretty on point but I had a breaking point which I'm ashamed of. They had it right and the staff busted they're asses. I left with 0 alcohol in my system, I just went a little crazy. Shouldn't have left but i felt a little too trapped. If you truly want a full detox, stay. I hope the staff sees this and knows I'm sorry. Also didn't realize it was the main for auroras detox.
I can't believe what a person had to go through 2 get help! Holly was of no help.. didn't even listen to anything I had to say or what the I was needed. I wasted $110 and my time 4 nothing. I don't even want to give it any kind of star

I spent one hellish night in this place! The only comfort was the one employee "the stoner" reeking of pot and cigarette's! And he even threatened me!!! Lol! Absolutely zero compassion from anyone else!!!! You go for HELP!! But your just another joke they gladly laugh about not so quietly in the office while they are neglecting you I had a seizer for god sake and if it wasn't for my bunk mate they would have never known! Very very highly unrecommended... please don't:) I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy!
