Either it's the short of staff, or lack of motivation to answer the phones, but getting an appointment there is hard. It's so bad that people literally have to show up hour before open time to get in. Tried the phone, here all I get is a message saying their mail box is full. My son needed help, so I had no choice but to send him up to the fort... Terrible just terrible.
