Officer Hamilton at the front desk is rude and condescending an unhelpful and aggressive. Sorry you’re stuck at a desk officer But that’s not my problem. You need an attitude adjustment.
I had a 700am appt at the passport office - wasn't able to get my passport today and have to go to the actual Passport AGENCY, make note this is a Passport ACCEPTANCE FACILITY) but the gentleman still went over my application for me and pointed out a couple things I could fix and gave me some advice for when I go to the next appointment. Also had a 830 DMV appointment and was completely done and back in my car in the parking lot by 837! I was called for both appointments before I even stepped away from the QR scanner.
