I drop off my taxes here twice a year, and the ladies working the customer-facing desks are always kind and patient. A lot of the women I first interacted with seem to have retired, and a new crop has come in. I've never had a bad experience.
I had left a message for the treasurer asking to waive the interest on the taxes I owed. She called me back and left a very condescending message telling me why the interest cannot be waived. I fully understand why the interest cannot be waived but the manner in which the message was left was as if she was speaking to a 3 year old. It was unprofessional and rude.
