Quite unprofessional, set an appointment for 6p and arrived 5 mins earlier to an empty parking lot and texted them, no response, called and they asked if I was "there?" I said that I was and had texted them. I was told that they had stepped out to grab a bite to eat. Things come up which is understandable but, a text informing me that they needed to move the appointment would have been professional and courteous.
