I ordered a small flower arrangement and I was so disappointed with the quality of the flowers. They did not look healthy. I had purchased flowers from them in the past and they were good quality. Im not sure what happened this last time.

I ordered a medium size flower arrangement two days in advance to be delivered for a funeral ceremony. They never arrived on time. When I called to simply ask to see what the status was on my order the woman was very rude and said "we will get out there when we can." As a business owner myself and whis family has several businessesin Rpt and AP, this is incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate.
