Totally a rip Off. My issue was never addressed motor was not fixed properly. After paying $600. Jim said that the carburetors needed cleaning. Would not go on a test run. Gave me his word it was fixed. Same problem still exist. Took it back he said he would fix it. Didn't even call me and said I owe him another $600 still would not go for a test Ride and said it was a spark problem they fixed. Same problem still exist. Jim is a man of his word, bought a boat here had some issues. With zero hesitation, jim brought the boat back in swapped the motor and made it right
The Manager was very helpful. I live 120 miles from there and he offered great advice when my boat wouldnt start for a day on the lake. Great customer service and knowledge about outboard engines. Will surely go back for any problems I have in the future.
