We worked with Arani Construction on a full garden-level renovation of our home on Berkley Avenue in the District of North Vancouver, and we are very happy with how everything turned out. This was a substantial residential renovation that included a complete kitchen remodel, two bathroom renovations, living room updates, new flooring throughout, fireplace improvements, and a new fire-rated ceiling assembly. We recently completed a full house renovation in North Vancouver, and working with Arani as our general contractor was an excellent experience from start to finish. The project included a complete kitchen renovation, two bathroom renovations, flooring replacement, and several layout changes to create a more open-concept space. I had opportunity to have Arani service of construction,, several times. The last one was an addition and a major upgrade, construction in West Vancouver. We added an extra space to existing, a high ceiling big living room with multiple glasses . Of course it involved city permits, insulation, and a lot of expected and unexpected details that perfectly handled by this company especially Pedram . I appreciate their support and expertise and I recommend them 100 percent
