After finding what we thought was a battery/alternator issue whilst caravanning, we googled an auto electrician in Hay NSW, and called the after hours number for Arandt Nissan at 8.15pm on Tuesday. Despite already having work booked in, David Arandt arranged to meet us at his workshop at 7.30am the following morning. Turned out the Redarc DC/DC charger was cactus. We purchased a new TiL Patrol from David. In dealing with both Nat and Dave, we would have to say the service that we received would be hard to beat. These guys went above and beyond. The communication was spot on, we received regular updates by phone and text, any instructions were clear, they were both polite and helpful. Travelling through, could not even look at car we think has engine issues. Not good.
