It's now called Magnolia Bakery. Pretty selection. Prices are reasonable. They have some hot food for sale too. Check out the cakes!
The bolillos are tasty, fresh, crispy. i found out they make them with Baker's Best European ovens. That's why they are the best in Houston.
Quality has gone down quite a bit, bread gets hard by dinner time.
