Unprofessional, fixed my sunroof but left the inside covered in glass shards. Also broke the button that moves the passenger seat and didn’t have the decency to tell us. Never going back
I had a very disappointing experience here. I scheduled a windshield replacement appointment for 9:30 AM, and was told it would take about an hour. When I arrived, the shop was closed—even though their posted hours say they open at 8:30. I called, and the person just told me to leave my car with the keys in it. Honestly, what’s the point of making an appointment if the shop isn’t even open or ready for customers? Very unprofessional and not respectful of customers’ time.
