Very frustrating office. You check in, in the morning and see 30 to 40 people waiting. You ask if they are running the appointments on time and they tell you they do not know. You ask if you can go have breakfast and come back, they said that if they call you and you dont answer they go to the next one. Ask with your experience working here, about how long per patient's? Unprofessional. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled twice via text. They don't even have the courtesy to call and tell you why the appointment is cancelled, or work with you to find the best date for you. I had two wait three weeks for an appointment only to have it cancelled for another two weeks out, to have it rescheduled again....all through an automated text message. I refuse to give them my busines so now I'm stuck starting over when it's already hard to get an appointment at any opthomologist in Miami. Don't ... read more
LONG WAIT EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT. All the staff are talking to each other a lot more than working. 4 hours in an appointment visit that was scheduled for 10:30. Leaving at 2:54!
