I would give this practice zero stars if I could. They don't even deserve 1 star. It has got to be the worst dr's office, by far, that I have ever gone to. The front desk people are miserable and absolutely the rudest people that I have ever dealt with. They just make and change your appointments whenever they want and don't even bother asking you. They insisted that I needed a referral, which I didn't, but I got one anyway. They claimed that they never received it and cancelled my appointment without even a phone call. Stay... read more
Had a 3pm appointment was not seen until 4:30pm Technician who saw me spoke with a heavy accent very difficult to understand, never ask any questions about my medical condition or why I was there to see the doctor
Unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for 3:00 and had to wait 1-2 hours
The receptionist is awful.... Rude no assistance at all and very very entitled. I liked the Drs okay. My 2nd visit and she is horrible. They need someone with an ounce of concern for the clients.
Una clinica muy abusiva, con los pacientes. Para hacer un diagnostico de GLaucoma te hacen ir un promedio de 4 veces ,donde ademas tienes que pagar la consulta todas las veces que vaya, el 30 de junio fui,hoy 18,de septiembre volvi a ir para un campo visual, y hoy me dijeron que tendria que volver el dia 25 de septiembre,osea la semana proxima y dejarle otros 40 dolares mas ,que es mi copago, todo para decirme si tengo o no glaucoma , abusan con el tiempo y el dinero de los clientes .
