My experience with this office was completely unacceptable. After waiting two months for an appointment, providing a referral (which my insurance does not require), and submitting my prior medical records, I arrived 15 minutes early only to be told the appointment had been cancelled. No one from the office had the courtesy or professionalism to notify me in advance. I see why they have a 1 star rating. I was a 4 month wait for an appointment and I took my elderly father there. The lady was rude and said his insurance didn’t cover the visit. Which it does and then she said it’s too late now. Then tried to make another appointment for 3 months away
I had a very disappointing experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was not accommodating at all when it came to scheduling, even though they are fully aware that the average waiting time is around 2 hours. That is a huge inconvenience, specially when they show no flexibility or concern Patiant time. To make matters worse, their attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. I left feeling unheard and frustrated. If you value your time and want to be respect, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Receptionist is unfriendly out caring. THEY CLOSE FROM 10:30am until 1:00pm FOR LUNCH. Always check your arrival time. At 10:32 the welcome widow is closed.
Totally ignored at the check-in Whoever works there is hiding from the patients at check-in. When you think how negative that is, how can they praise the doctors? You can't even trust anyone. Several people walked out. Me too. I tried this again a year later. Same thing.
