I had a very disappointing experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was not accommodating at all when it came to scheduling, even though they are fully aware that the average waiting time is around 2 hours. That is a huge inconvenience, specially when they show no flexibility or concern Patiant time. To make matters worse, their attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. I left feeling unheard and frustrated. If you value your time and want to be respect, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Receptionist is unfriendly out caring. THEY CLOSE FROM 10:30am until 1:00pm FOR LUNCH. Always check your arrival time. At 10:32 the welcome widow is closed.
Totally ignored at the check-in Whoever works there is hiding from the patients at check-in. When you think how negative that is, how can they praise the doctors? You can't even trust anyone. Several people walked out. Me too. I tried this again a year later. Same thing.
The people very unprofessional rude I have problems every time with my appointments they canel my appointments and don't reschedule people no commutation at all I trying to find the corporate office number so I can report this place
I am absolutely MORTIFIED by This establishment. First and foremost , the receptionist has the nastiest attitude toward the patients. Then I let the young lady know that my eyes can’t be dilated due to me being diabetic and my retina specialist is the only one that is allowed to dilate them. She responded with “okay, I just do different drops.” And proceeds to dilate my eyes with something else. Tell me to sit back in the waiting room where I sat for an additional two hours.
