Worst office and experience ever! Appointments get rescheduled the day of or a day before for no reason! Customer service is bad! Front office people r rude! 5 months later and 6 rescheduled appointments we finally cancelled the visit cuz we’ve had enough
Took my mother here for years, last appointment we went to they said they had canceled her appointment from the call center never notified us and told us we had no authorization, I logged into the insurance and it was there. The front desk girl is so lost she really has no idea what is going on she can see you face 100x’s and still not know what you’re talking about. Every time I take my MIL for a follow up appointment, I spend almost 4 hours waiting. This is absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful. How can they have one doctor on duty every time for 20-30 patients morning or afternoon?? This is unsafe, unprofessional.
The office staff their suck, period!! Rude, nasty and unprofessional!!
Absolutely awful. These people don't care about anything but money. They cancel appointments whenever they like with no explanation. They don't care about your condition.
