I rarely post reviews but the surprise to the good reviews this place has is astonishing. Extremely poor customer service. Scheduling is atrocious. You wait just to be seen. Once you wait they pass you along to wait again. No one has answers. Everyone says “doctor is behind”. Do not waste your time. Find another doctor and clinic

I was a little skeptical because so many reviews mention difficult front desk and scheduling, but I was referred by a close friend and could not be more appreciative. Phone scheduling was a breeze and the front desk staff was kind and empathetic to me needing an emergency appointment at 9 months pregnant. Dr. Fernandez de Castro seemed genuinely interested in my wellbeing and was not dismissive of any concerns- large or small. Overall a wonderful ophthalmology experience that I feel grateful for.

I am honestly surprised by the number of positive reviews this place has. Either the standards of the people reviewing it are very low, or I simply do not understand how this office is rated so highly. My bad experience started the moment I called to make an appointment. I had been referred by my primary care physician because I was experiencing a serious eye problem and needed to see an eye specialist as soon as possible.
