Super bad phone customer service
BEWARE!!!!! This place is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was a new patient. I preregistered online and prepaid online as well and received multiple confirmations about my appointment. The day before my appointment, I received a strange text in Spanish stating there was a problem with my appointment. I mention that it’s strange that it was in Spanish because in my preregistration I stated that I preferred English communications.
