Extremely poor service from Rick today.I recieved a msg my package was at our local service station and when questioned ad to why it wasn't delivered to address told it is out of area yet we live in the same street.The issue now is getting home during service station hours when it should have been left on my verandah.After 40 years in tpt I would not recommend you to anyone and have notified the supplier.
Since my last review where I gave Aramax Port Macquarie a 5 star rating, it has now dropped to 1 star (I wish I could give a negative number). I have 2 items being delivered by Aramax that I purchased from 2 different retailers. One item has had the arrival date changed THREE times whilst the other item has been sitting in their depot for SEVEN days. Aramax make Australia Post the look like the poster child of delivery services.
Still waiting for a package that was delivered to THE WRONG ADDRESS! Then I was told that they were aware the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address and I was told they will “Attempt” to get the parcel back. Attempt!!!!! Then I was told if they could not retrieve the parcel it was up to me to contact the supplier to get a refund!!!! This is your screw up!!! This is absolutely disgraceful customer service and if I don’t get my parcel I’ll be considering this theft and will take it further!!!
Still waiting for a parcel after 14 days. No change on the tracking since it was assigned to Aramex. Whilst it may not be the fault of the local depot overall it speaks volumes for a poor experience. When if ever the parcel arrives - Only God Knows
