This is easily the worst company to have deliver anything my package has been out for delivery for over a week and the customer service is a joke avoid at all cost
Absolutely no confidence in this courier. Delivered packages to incorrect address, failed to communicate updates. No resolution even after ringing 4-5 times. Not the first time either.

Unnecessary delays. It takes them two days from port macquarie to wauchope.
I had no problem picking up my parcel from them . The Staff seen me walking towards the shop and help me right there and then . If only they knocked at my front door a bit longer or louder. Because I was home the door was even open. But I missed them so I had to drive to Port Macquarie to pick up my parcel. I give them a 8 out of 10 . They could have been a 10 out of 10 if only they knocked on the front door or yell out "PARCEL!"
