Still waiting for a parcel after 14 days. No change on the tracking since it was assigned to Aramex. Whilst it may not be the fault of the local depot overall it speaks volumes for a poor experience. When if ever the parcel arrives - Only God Knows
Had both a fantastic delivery experience with aramex the other day and today a phone call for some information was resolved swiftly and in a great manner by the team. My experience thus far has been that Aramex is possibly my favourite Australian courier!

Scott from aramex is always friendly, helpful and a very nice person lovely to have a smiling face.
Scott is great and does his best considering the failings of the Amarex group in general. The lack of scanning and parcel tracking by Amarex makes it difficult to know when Scott will turn up with my parcels. You need to scan parcels into and out of your depots so that tracking actually works. Keep up the good work Scott.
