I placed an order for an item on the 14/8. I have yet to receive it. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday or today and now has been delayed. I really find this unacceptable. My package has been in Brisbane since the 20/8. I didn’t even receive an email or phone update. I went to the website to track and found out about the delay. Communication needs to be better. If I would have known this company used Aramex I would not have ordered from them.

Once again Left in an unsecured parcel box. The house is easy to find and the house number easy to see, I even added extra house numbers. Is it really so hard.

Never on time. Dumps parcel in the yard. Possibly the worst transport company we have ever had to deal with

Useless! How many 1 star reviews does it take for your company to change. I will be avoiding not just Aramex but any business that chooses to use your services. Don't bother ringing up, you get a foreigner in a call centre. They will tell you that they've submitted a request for response and to keep watching your tracking. Basically they do nothing. If i could give you zero stars I would. Your company needs some serious attention.

Wow! How this company stays in business amazes me. Extremely slow delivery and contents ruined every time. Their Maryborough branch is hopeless and I think they need to sack the present franchisee, parcels remain in their depot for days and when delivered are wrecked. Complaints are never dealt with even by the mother company. Shame on you Aramex. Tim
