Just poorly unorganised and poorly staffed. You get what you pay for but their prices are like everyone else. Poor tracking. Again, a depot visit was needed after they had my packages for a week! Staff were friendly at the depot Update: Parcels marked as medical supplies with must be signed for are being left on the street hanging out of our letter box, not even left on the porch. Horrible service and drivers seem not to give a care

Not happy having to keep collecting my parcels from a drop off point as they will not deliver to upper floors of apartment blocks. Had a recent problem with a parcel that ended up taking a month to get here partly due to an incorrect address that was amended but ignored by the delivery driver.

As normal Aramex Maryborough has stuffed again my experience was disappointing, where parcels were marked as undelivered because they claimed I wasn’t home, even though I was present at the address. This led to significant delays and a lot of inconvenience. Additionally, customer service was unresponsive and didn’t provide any helpful solutions. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I hope they improve their service in the future, Absolutely useless delivery service !!!!

Not happy with Aramex they through the parcel delivered at our house, to start with it didn't have my address on it and then delivery driver actually threw it to our door, we have dog's that could of chewed it up, we have security cameras we saw him do it.
