Wouldn’t know how to deliver a parcel on time if their lives depended on it, have had mine sit in the Maryborough depot for nearly a week.

With clear instructions on our letterbox stating to drive to top of driveway (50m) and leave parcels in bin provided, the driver today still managed to just drop it off on the ground at the front of our property. Is this just laziness or stupidity? We have had parcels misplaced / stolen from this same spot hence the extremely polite sign asking to take parcels to top of driveway and place in the waterproof bin provided. This preferred spot is also monitored with CCTV cameras making it the safest spot to have them delivered. ... read more

The old female driver refuses to deliver to my address, but is still to lazy to get out of her van and put a card in the mailbox… now my parcel risks being returned overseas due to her lack of ability to do her job. This place will never improve, no matter how many complaints they get because they’re simply the rudest of people with no concern for customer care

Very helpful and prompt service , nothing was too much trouble and parcel got collected very quickly !
