This place has terrible customer service I think I will be moving forward next month to another insurance company. Every time I call to make a payment the lady has a bad attitude. I get that stuff happens and life is hard but don’t make others life miserable. If you work in customer service treat others better! Also takes them a whole day to get you a new ID card.
I went to the branch on Seminary Ave in Fort Worth on Saturday. I arrived with 10 minutes to spare, but they refused to accept my payment. They were arrogant and rude—the service was horrible—especially considering how they were dressed: very vulgar, with everything on display.
