I went into the Fort Worth location for the last time at about 12:30pm today Dec 23, 2025. Entering the place, the girl to my left (heavier set, with short bleached blonde hair, and long fake lashes) attending the desk was extremely rude. Not even saying no costumer service skills, on top of that she was huffing every question I had. She gave me wrong information about needing my passport for a price range. La mujer que me atendió se negó a brindar servicio 30 minutos antes del horario de cierre, cuando pedi hablar con un supervisor me negó la information y dijo que ella era la manager, de nuevo pedí el numero de su supervisor y otra vez se negó a proveer la información para una queja, ni hablar de su cara haciendo muecas molestas y su apariencia desarreglada nada profesional, pésimo servicio al cliente. He sido cliente de Aramex por años y jamás había tenido un inconveniente asi.
