I went to the branch on Seminary Ave in Fort Worth on Saturday. I arrived with 10 minutes to spare, but they refused to accept my payment. They were arrogant and rude—the service was horrible—especially considering how they were dressed: very vulgar, with everything on display.
I went into the Fort Worth location for the last time at about 12:30pm today Dec 23, 2025. Entering the place, the girl to my left (heavier set, with short bleached blonde hair, and long fake lashes) attending the desk was extremely rude. Not even saying no costumer service skills, on top of that she was huffing every question I had. She gave me wrong information about needing my passport for a price range.
