Terrible service, and no customer service whatsoever
2nd update: They seem to have their act together now. Our deliveries have been arriving on time for the last few weeks and hopefully this will continue. Update: After nearly 12 months of using another, much more reliable service, our supplier decided to give Aramex another go. First parcel was picked up on 29th December and he paid extra for express delivery. The parcel, picked up from a Brisbane location was not even checked in at the Brisbane depot until it was finally delivered to our location on the Gold Coast on 7th Jan... read more
Aramex did a delivery to my friends home of flowers yesterday 29/07/2026. Shout out to Michelle who went above and beyond to deliver these flowers. They picked up the Flowers from a company called Bloomex( Florists). Brisbane this company unfortunately is not up to standard both in product or business practices. Aramex did a good job .I have no complaints with this Company.
