Waited over 2 weeks for a delivery from Sydney for an item purchased on EBay with delivery to a Click and Collect address in Southport I received a notice this morning that the parcel couldn’t be delivered and that I would need to pay $5.50 for redelivery . I thought Click and Collect was to avoid problems with delivery.Check the reviews for this company and buyer beware !!

Terrible service! I was returning a parcel back overseas & instructed by the sender to refuse delivery so it's returned to sender. I did so as instructed. 4 days later it's returned back to my address & delivered. Upon ringing Amarex I get no explanation upon why & no apology. The usual Indian call centre with someone who didn't listen & I had to explain myself twice just to get the problem across. Aramex is the slowest courier service I've ever used. I've received a few parcels through them recently and was so disappointed when I received tracking information and realised it's through aramex. One parcel sat in Brisbane for about 5 days, with inaccurate tracking information (I called to say I would just drive from the Gold Coast to get it) and my tracking info didn't match where customer service had it in their system and didn't update for days. Courier I deal with is great, the company itself and support are horrible. Had a PC from GC to sunshine coast smashed to pieces, okay - it happens, as long as it gets resolved. Created a support case , advised of 2 day response time, okay - it is what it is. Emailed on day 1, no response, emailed on day 2 , no response. Emailed on day 3 after waiting all day, no response.
