An absolute joke, i paid extra for the faster freight, for a parcel to be sent from QLD. 2 business days... yeah right.. try 4... Then when it came time for parcel to be delivered, the driver didnt even goto front door. he left a card in mailbox.. (I was home this day, and left a a4 note on door "come to gate, behind car in driveway) as i was out the back yard... Then i called there local depot, as was informed, theyd contact driver to return and deliver parcel. (This turned out to be a lie), as 2 hours later, i called again... read more
As soon as I saw that Amazon (who are supposed to have blacklisted Aramex for my deliveries) had sent my package with them, I CRINGED. Sure enough my package got to their depot FIFTY FIVE and a HALF HOURS before closing time on Friday night, yet they couldn't get it from their Sth Geelong Depot to Leopold, a distance of a STAGGERING 10 klm's. I HATE THEM WITH SUCH PASSION NOW after years of constant disappointments with ZERO Customer Service. HATE HATE HATE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!
The most useless lazy delivery drivers. This mob and Amazon. Both will just leave packages in full view of everyone in the street because they are too lazy to open a gate and put packages on the front porch. Unbelievable. Sick to death of telling them off about it. Don't listen. Don't want to change how they operate. Use the same excuses for lazy good for nothing drivers. Over them all.
Aramex Geelong seem completely unable to distribute parcels in anything like an acceptable timeframe and will put any business relying on them on a collision course with their own business failure. I can get parcels delivered internationally in a week, but longer from Geelong 127km away. I wish I could not give any stars
Package left Melbourne to Geelong on 28th Of January still not delivered 6th February have called twice no one knows what’s happening
