Very bad courier company. Stay away
Does not deliver to Colac, we have to drive an hour to collect package but they happily accept payment to deliver.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I tried to provide feedback on their website but every time i tried to send feedback form it came up with an ‘error’. Terrible service.
I was working from home all the time. The carrier never ring the bell and eventually charge me for extra money to arrange another delivery
