I guess a lot of folk tend to leave reviews for couriers when they are not happy - feel let down by the service. Well it is the opposite for us. Based in Ballarat we have had excellent service from our local service with very competitive pricing - believe me I have checked. Nathan, our local guy, is great. Friendly service, reliable, quick to respond to messages. And when an issue has come up at the other end with delivery Geelong have stepped in and sorted this out. Overall excellent service.

one of the worst ever companies to locate lost parcels...... I had multiple lost parcels and did not care one iota to resolve, the process painfully dysfuntional with no common sense, understanding nor effective process to locate nor reditect. When parcels mis-directed is A total waste of time and space
