I purchased a hot water and kettle that was over a year old. I had an issue with my water boiling unit. I called the number for customer service. they were very helpful and less than a week they send over a brand-new unit. No hassle. Thank you, Aramco for standing behind your product.
They do not deserve ONE star. I bought a product that didn't last three months and they ignored my requests for replacement or my money back. I spent $42 on a piece of junk that didn't last three months. They are a joke. I'll never buy their products again. Avoid this company. They sell bad quality items. They should not be in California.
