There’s a lot of rules and policies that you have to abide by in this office. They’re very strong about late fees and scheduling certain appointments. I wanted to have my lab and annual check up on the same day due to minimal availability on my personal schedule and they refused due to doctors protocols. The front staff ladies are also extremely rude over the phone and in person. The reception needs an attitude check.
Dr Aramath is wonderful! She takes the time to really listen and understand any concerns I may have. In this age of everyone being in a hurry, it's rare to find a doctor like her. She's very thorough.
I had a kidney transplant 30 years ago. With that, I continue to have many ailments associated with the anti-rejection medicines that I must take. So I have a lot of experience with Doctors. I've had Doctors I really like, but their office staff sucked. And the other way around. Since I have been coming to see Dr. Aramath, I won't go anywhere else. If she refers me to another Doctor, her staff follows up to be sure I connected with the other Doctor. If I visit the hospital, they call to check on me. I take 16 different meds ... read more
