TLDR; only use them if you don’t care about getting the wrong items and don’t look at your bill. I would give zero stars if I could. One star for being on a scheduled route. The rep we started with was a sales guy to the max. Before signing, we told him more than once that we would never want numerous items he placed on our initial contract. Terrible follow-up by the representative. He called plenty of times before I signed the contract, once I had an issue he was nowhere to be found. Gavin Smith has to be one of the worst sales persons I’ve ever dealt with during my career. I had issues with the website in my account. All I needed was guidance. Do you think he would return my call? Typical salesman.
