This was the absolute worst service our team has every experienced. I would not recommend any company ever use Aramark Refreshments. When I originally spoke with them they told me 100 cups of coffee a day no problem and literally our first day we were only able to make 3 cups before the machine broke, then asked to have it serviced and it took over 48hrs to have the machine serviced. This service was horrible! If i could give a zero star review that would be a honest rating for the service we received. During the initial setup of our machine we were told that the equipments production capacity was of high output. In a office of 50 people 25 being heavy coffee drinkers the machine could only make 35 cups a day before overheating(even smoked) and shutting down. The first day of using this machine it broke. Office staff is hit or miss but Eddie the Service Technician is amazing! He goes out of his way to make sure that you are satisfied with the job performed and gives you tips and tricks to make sure that you understand the functionality of the machine. It is very obvious that he cares a lot about his customers. If you ever need anything repaired on your machine, definitely ask for Eddie. Aramark - you should take note of how much of a valuable asset he is for your company. This man deserves a raise and promotion!
