Amir was very responsive and extremely helpful. With a very fast turnaround time, he identified a simple fix for our HVAC problem and replaced our water heater. His price was reasonable and the install was completed with good attention to detail (making it fit in the original tight spot, despite it clearly being more work for him). He was very highly recommended on our neighborhood listserv, and I can see why!
