Our old burner service provider had gone out of business so I asked some neighbors about who they use. They referred me to APH and they were excellent! The tech, Andy, fully explained what he was doing and suggested a new expansion tank and showed me why. I went with his suggestion and he took care of it. He also installed a new Nest thermostat I had purchased and help me get it connected to the house wi-fi. Overall a great experience.
As a proactive homeowner, I wanted to replace my aging hot water heater before it became a problem and I’m so glad I called APH Plumbing. From start to finish, this team was a total class act. They showed up nice and early, got right to work, and before I even knew it, the job was done. Excellent communication, reliability and reasonable
I would like to share my experience this morning with Andy who works at APH in hampton… I can’t even express how great he was. He’s very knowledgeable and very friendly and very very detail oriented… me, being nosy and wanting to know everything he was doing, he was so sweet and so patient with me… he certainly knows what he’s doing and I hope he’s there a long time because I will definitely will request him for all AC repairs and yearly maintenance moving forward..
