I would like to share my experience this morning with Andy who works at APH in hampton… I can’t even express how great he was. He’s very knowledgeable and very friendly and very very detail oriented… me, being nosy and wanting to know everything he was doing, he was so sweet and so patient with me… he certainly knows what he’s doing and I hope he’s there a long time because I will definitely will request him for all AC repairs and yearly maintenance moving forward.. I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with APH for over 15 years. Over time I've had at least 10 different employees work at our home and without exception, they have been phenomenal! The professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work is best in class. They have always been incredible to work with whether responding to an emergency call or conducting scheduled maintenance. 5 Stars isn't enough to give them the credit they have earned over many years and encounters. APH came highly recommended to me from a coworker and exceeded our expectations during our propane boiler replacement. Brian and his team were prompt, professional, demonstrated pride in their work (design, fit, and finish), and competitively priced. They put a lot of care and attention to detail into the job when other companies didn’t even follow up on requests to provide estimates. We’ll continue to use APH for their quality and reliability.
Second time I’ve seen an APH pickup on the road, and holy moly they are awful drivers. Almost just got pushed off the road by one trying to pass me! I’ll just let him total my car next time and see how boss man likes that.
