The only reason I'm giving this restaurants four stars out of five is because I honestly do not prefer this taste of sushi. They had amazing food, but I did not realize it was Venezuelan until. This does not mean much for the review, but it does add a layer of context for me to understand why they had plantains I think. Also, I really wanted to try the plantain sushi, and I probably will in the future, but for the time being, I felt like the roll that I had chosen was kind of normal core. This place completely exceeded my expectations! Every bite was incredible—the fish was unbelievably fresh, the rolls were creative and perfectly made, and the flavors were outstanding. The service was exceptional, with a team that was genuinely welcoming and attentive. The restaurant has a great atmosphere that makes you want to stay and enjoy every moment. I’ve tried sushi in many places, and Arakawa Sushi is easily one of the best. I can’t wait to come back. A true hidden gem!
