Fantastic experience. Clean, comfortable, inviting, relaxing experience. My wife and I regularly do massages, at home in Chicago, and everywhere we travel around the world. The environment and the therapists were just outstanding. Fairly reasonable pricing for the level of service provided. We come to Newport Beach often, and have found our go to massage spot. FYI, cash and/or Zelle or Venmo. Saves on the cc processing fees. Good for them.

Rude and unprofessional. My appointment started late, so I only received 45 minutes instead of the full hour I paid for. During the session, I politely asked the massage therapist not to pull my hair, and she abruptly left the room without explanation. Despite this, they insisted on charging me for the full session. When I told the front desk I wouldn’t be returning, the woman simply said, “That’s fine—too bad,” unprofessional and dismissive. I've come here for years.
