We had the pleasure of working with Tom Aragone to sell our property. Tom did extensive research with the City concerning future zoning changes. He communicated these changes to us and based his marketing of the property with these zoning changes in mind. The pictures of the property were very high end and because of all of Tom's hard work, the property sold very quickly. We highly recommend Tom if you have property to sell.
