300 monthly maintenance charge and a 275 HOA fee. I completely have to agree with the other person who was referencing the HOA we have now reached 600. This community is not for the faint of heart. This is a very expensive place. There’s probably much better options. Personally, I have not dealt with the lady upfront, however, if she is there, you still need to be aware that is the lady will have to deal with every single day. If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would! All because of the HOA! Think 100 times before purchasing a property there! There's a certain woman, in the office, who has ZERO respect for anyone, especially for seniors.... She is condescending and lacks professionalism in her approach to any matter or concern! Additionally, Hispanics are favored to live there more than blacks, it seems!!! This HOA cares about nothing and no one! If you do not know your rights, as a home owner, they will trample you!
