We called Austin with Aragon on Monday evening because our ac had decided it was done. He came out and identified the problem. He recommended a new unit and by Wednesday morning him and his team were here to replace the old unit. My husband was here for the install and was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Austin and his team. Once again, our AC broke on the kids side of the house. I messaged Aragon Mechanical at 9pm and received a quick reply. He fit me in for service the next afternoon before the kids finished school. Thankfully he was able to find the problem, fix the problem and even serviced the unit all in the same appointment. If you want excellent customer service, honest pricing and a reliable AC company, Aragon Mechanical is your place!!!

Austin and his apprentice came out and helped us get our upstairs AC back up and running! Unlike all the other service companies who come out and don’t actually try and fix a system but rather only want to sell you a new system. And when a family doesn’t have the ability to purchase, an affordable repair is a blessing! We will definitely be getting setup for their service plan moving forward
