Dr Ben and the beautiful admin have bent over backwards to help, very thorough and professional.
I had very mixed experiences with this place, however you can't really blame waiting times or reception staff. It is a hard job and customer service is never easy. However I would only recommend Dr Ben. All others I had where basically there to only complete their Rural Time. Also a compliment to the asian lady that is taking bloods. Hit the spot perfectly and I didn't even get a bruse. Appart from that I think everyone else is doing the best they can.
Have been seeing Dr Ben Saunders for nearly 2 years now for a rather complex issue. I cannot fault the guy as a Dr or just compassionate human bieng in general. In my experience, Ben genuinely cares about my health and finding out the root cause of the issue, then devising a plan to tackle it. Could not recommend more highly! The receptionists do a great job and have always been polite and helpful even when they are so under the pump.
Dr. Saunders is one of Darwins best doctors. If you’re looking for the best medical treatment, then you’re going to the right place. If it wasn’t for the lovely staff at Arafura Oasis, I would be going to another practice. 10/10 for customer service and professionalism.
