The most unprofessional and disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced. The lady in reception didn’t confirm with mechanics before ordering the uber for me to pick up and cancelled it within 5 minutes while I was already waiting outside, and instead of calling me directly, she chose to call my partner who wasn’t even there. No explanation, no apology. When we came back the next day to pick up the car, every staff member spoke only to my partner and completely ignored me – even though I am the owner of the car. This workshop people is very rude. I drop my car here I pick today. I already told my car key sometime. Working sometime over Working you push the driver side window button. I pick a car either damage my button I told you because button is working. He says your car so many kilometre blah blah blah blah I said doesn't matter. Kilometre is damage button use staff is not good this workshop. Thank you.
