Arafmi has literally been a life saver for my family The staff are brilliant, the services free and they are kind and gentle
Beware, these guys are all about profits and are not afraid to scam the disabled. I have disabilities and after the NDIS put me onto them for support at the start of my plan, they made me sign a form which backdated payments to them by about a year for travel costs they paid travelling to see me before my shift even started. I was blindsided by this and a bit naive so I signed it. Cost me heaps from my plan. This was never previously discussed either...
