Staff are not professional I called to get our LO retested for allergies since she had tested (+) for eggs and nuts as recommended by the allergist. When I called I clearly told them it was to get retested for allergies and get it scheduled. My husband shows up with our LO and vitals get taken and PA sees her real quick to refill her epipen and ends up telling him our LO could not get retested since we did not stop antihistamines (they failed to tell us). Dr. Elizalde and all the team are hardworking, listen and even fight your battles to get you the treatment you need. My struggle to get insurance to accept medication lasted a while and never desisted. Thank you.
This is a great doctors office. Probably one of the nicest of staffs you will ever meet. You always get a warm welcome from Nia when you come through the door. I highly recommend this team.
Dr Elizalde is highly involved in finding the cause of your symptoms and goes out of her way to leave no stone unturned. She listens and doesn't leave you feeling rushed. She is compassionate and kind with an excellent bedside manner. The staff are all very kind and helpful too. One of the best Doctors I have seen. I highly recommend this office!
